"300" is a 2006 epic action film directed by Zack Snyder and based on the 1998 comic book series of the same name by Frank Miller and Lynn Varley. The movie tells the story of the Battle of Thermopylae in 480 BC, where 300 Spartan warriors, led by King Leonidas, fought to defend Greece against the invading Persian army.

The film stars Gerard Butler as King Leonidas, Lena Headey as Queen Gorgo, and Rodrigo Santoro as the Persian King Xerxes. The movie was known for its stylized visuals and action sequences, as well as its graphic violence and depiction of ancient Greek culture.
